1 Acceptance of Terms

9 Limitation of Liability

abc8a9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors. abc8a9 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or events beyond abc8a9's reasonable control including force majeure events, PAGCOR-mandated shutdowns, or acts of government.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit abc8a9's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Termination and Suspension

abc8a9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if abc8a9 determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination, all pending bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not derived from bonus activity will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and anti-money laundering checks.

You may close your abc8a9 account voluntarily at any time by contacting abc8a9 customer support. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms are also available to players where applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
